How you buy from us

This website is a catalog. We don’t take orders, payments or personal details here. Each product links to its listing in our Amazon store, where you place your order and pay through Amazon.

Your purchase is confirmed when Amazon confirms your order. Your order confirmation and invoice are available in Your Orders in your Amazon account.

Our products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Some materials, such as wood, stoneware and reactive glazes, vary naturally, so the grain, color or speckle of your item may differ slightly from the pictures. This isn’t a defect.

Prices, payment and taxes

Shipping

We ship orders within the time stated on the listing. If we can’t, we’ll tell you before that date, give you a revised shipping date, and let you cancel for a full refund if you’d rather not wait.

You can track your order in Your Orders on Amazon. Risk of loss passes to you when the item is delivered to the address you gave. If your order hasn’t arrived by the latest estimated delivery date, contact us through Amazon or at [email protected] and we’ll look into it right away.

Returns
